Moja City Hotel

Everything, I had the best experience in my life until now as an hotel guest, from the staff, with a special mention to the reception and front desk staff, mr. Ilker A., Yavuz T., and Mehmet T., the best ambassadors for this hotel, and in general of the city of Istanbul, they are simply great human beings, they have welcomed and treated us PERFECTLY from the beginning to the last moment we were there, always with a smile, and being just so friendly, we really felt we were at home, there's no way to thank them enough for their service and their passion doing that, you just can't find it anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The reception is amazing, very modern with some class touches ( in the photo below you can see my girlfriend enjoy a cup of çay kindly offered by the reception meanwhile we were waiting the bus to go back to the airport) The room, and the Little surprise ( as you can see in the photos I'll share)the guys at the front desk were able to do it for my girlfriend as I've asked to them few days before, and the location was SPOT ON,was way better than I expected, with the nice touch of fresh bottled water, coffee and tea each day, with the metro ( and the Marmaray) very close, in front of the hotel there is a bus station, that connects to the city center and the airports fast, without forget the ferry boat, just across the street. Something to don't undervalue, around the hotel, you cand have everything you need, supermarkets, food places open 24H, clothes bazar, Kadikoy it's literally the best neighborhood in the city where to stay and enjoy an authentic Turkish way of life. With that being said, the room was very quite and perfect to rest at the end of the day.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the bus station where Havaist coaches from both airports stop and it’s also close to the Kadıköy ferry station providing easy access to the European side. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly always ready to assist with anything you needed. Breakfast was also great. While it’s not a buffet, they serve you a plate with pastries, jam, honey and more along with a warm breakfast of your choice. They’ll also bring you juice, tea or coffee on request. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained.

It is very conveniently located 3 min walk from Kadiköy port and 1 min walk to the Havaist terminal to Istanbul International Airport. Also 4 min walk to the heart of Kadiköy. Located in a quiet street with 24/7 donar shop opposite the hotel. Friendly hotel staff who even let me checked in early and offering Turkish coffee!

The staff were so helpful, one gave me his metro transportation card to use the two days I was there, and always very courteous. Shower was great pressure and room was nice.

The staff did their best to accommodate every request. The breakfast was great and the location also perfect
